Dear Farmers Resident to the Chesapeake Bay Area…
This is a letter to inform you that I am ticked, you farmers are killing the Chesapeake bay and its wildlife, so I need you to help the Chesapeake bay and here is proof;
-evidence suggests that we have made top predators rare or even extinct.
-fish that we live on are being overfished, so not much to eat the floating algae.
-finally the fact that amphipods, microbes, and jellyfish are overpopulating disturbs me
so now that I have proven the point at hand, may I get on with this letter?
What has happened you may ask, well here's what's wrong;
when you dump chicken feces (A.K.A. turds as the youth say) into the bay, you give way to much food to the floating algae so they overpopulate, which kills of most other wildlife in the area, which makes even more food. OH NO IT’S NEARLY TIME FOR WORK!!!
Anyways I have to type fast now so here is a big food web before our interaction.
After large-scale fishing, many things became rare including; small fish, big fish, sharks, seals, TURTLES;( , plankton and many other animals resident to chesapeake bay are nearly extinct.
Almost all manatees are dead because of trawling boats, and the alligator is being overfished.
okay for one final thing, dang farmers need to not dump poop into the bay, people need to stop littering, and stop overfishing.
Sincerely
W. Burnside.
